Typhoon is coming near Yakushima tonight (the photo is a meteorological chart shown on TV).

Having coffee my Dad made after lunch. It rained a little in the morning – perfect for hiking in Yakushima, because the trees and mosses look really pretty when wet.

Found these leaves while my morning run, which felt really nice BTW.

Some new things I learned today:

• Shonan high school in Tokunoshima (island near Okinawa) has a bullfighting club.
• Today is the 18th anniversary of NES launch in Japan.
• There’s a software license called WTFPL – “Do What The Fuck You Want To Public License”.

It’s amazing just some blue & white can please your eyes so much.
